• Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle, producing regional project plans and scheduling activities to achieve key milestones .
• Coordinate activities within the regions to ensure that allocated tasks are on schedule.
• Assist in the development of communication and training plans.
• Manage documents and communications between regional contacts and the program office.
• Manage client side communications.
• Contribute to global coordination of activities, resources and schedules.
• Manage the regional RAID register.
• Act as the first point of escalation for migration related problems.
• Coordinate conference calls with the global program team and regional contacts.
• Assist in the data collection and validation efforts.
• Provide regular status reports to the program office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
