Responsibilities: Develop, lead, and maintain the Professional Relations strategy, and oversee strategic and operational plan development and implementation by team. Identifies synergies to leverage learning's related to strategies /activities and maximize effectiveness across all therapeutic area(s)/brands. In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, identify and prioritize medical association and Healthcare provider societies on an annual basis. Assign team members to targeted groups based on therapeutic expertise, ability to leverage existing relationships, and effective allocation of resources to ensure proper coverage. Provide direction and oversight for AcA Professional Relations and Medical Meetings to meet medical /DRA goals. Actively participate in business planning process and ensure team does the same for respective therapeutic area(s)/brand(s).
