DESCRIPTION
*Manage the day-to-day issues, in the functional areas of Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation, Medical/Claims, Facilities and Policies and Procedures resolving concerns, and promoting good relations.
*Jointly responsible for all aspects of the training cycle, from assessment of needs, development and delivery through to evaluation.
*Effectively support the legal requirements and procedures to secure and protect the business interest of the company in matters pertaining to recruitment and joining of candidates.
*Contribute to formulation of department strategy
*To support departmental projects delivery
*To ensure compliance and best practice methodology is applied
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITES:
*Responsible for the day-to-day operation iof administration, and data processing while working closely with the areas of Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Staff, Rewards, and Recognition.
