Responsibilities: Work with the BPO Delivery Communication & Enablement Manager to define and execute the cross-delivery communication and enablement program, including change journey management activities to better align BPO selling pursuits with delivery capability and experiences.Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required. 2 years of experience in a communication or enablement related role or experience in change management, training or marketing is required. Experience working with firm Operating Model and the Outsourcing Growth Platform Operating Model. Experience in performing multiple types of work and working across organizational or functional entities within BPO Delivery and/or Outsourcing. Experience or knowledge of firm's Business Process Outsourcing operations (e.g. BPO Delivery Service Factories/DCN- BPO Operations).
