Corporate Counsel The candidate will report directly to Group Counsel in Washington, DC. Should have 5 years of legal experience reviewing RFPs, contracts, subcontracts, software licenses, NDAs, and teaming agreements in the state and local procurement marketplace. Familiarity with healthcare law issues related to HIPAA, medicaid, medicare, including Medicare Part D, FOIA, State privacy laws, claims processing, prescription benefit management will be a plus. Familiarity with Federal procurement and Federal grant law will be a plus. Familiarity with managing litigation, including bid protests, will be a plus. Familiarity with conducting internal investigations will be a plus. Proven success partnering with operational business units (including sales and operations) and corporate service departments (legal, finance, human resources, tax, treasury, facilities) to ensure appropriate risk analysis and transaction structuring will be required.
