Legal Associate Duties: To utilize litigation support skills to assist us with delivering quality legal services to our clients. Understand all aspects of our legal support service offerings and how they are provided, from the initiation of litigation, to document collection, through the entire discovery process, with all of its options, and to the point of final hearing or trial. Quickly digest large amounts of complex information to achieve the subject-matter expertise necessary to consult with Project Managers and clients on the facts of the litigation, enabling you to provide insight on how the facts best match the clients' legal strategies. Will include: Advising and consulting with clients based on your knowledge of the case, tasks, documents, and data, including presentation of information. Analyzing probable outcomes by applying knowledge of legal precedents and consulting with clients on your analysis. Deliver all of our legal support services, including: Researching issues
