Paralegal The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree. Should have 2-3 years of commercial or IP litigation experience in DC office. Experience assisting in deposition and trial preparation will be required. General knowledge of court filing procedures, service of process, PACER, ECF and cite checking proficiency is a must. Must have excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. E-discovery and familiarity with Concordance or Case Logistix will be preferred.
