Short-Term Legal Associates Duties: Assist us with delivering quality legal services to our clients. Review documents to determine whether information is subject to a protective order and therefore, restricted from production. Perform document productions and relevancy reviews. Perform legal research and writing. Conduct witness interviews. Perform other related litigation support tasks. Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or relevant field; J.D. degree a plus. Experience with document productions, privilege reviews and/or SEC second request document reviews. Experience with government contracts, environmental law, and/or federal personnel/EEO law. Self-motivated, analytical, and creative. Solid interpersonal communication skills. Ability and desire to take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
