Washington, D.C. office seeks a senior paralegal with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will join the practice support team. Assemble and organize documents for document productions and witness files to be used in depositions and at trial. Review and analyze client files, data, and documents to assist in the investigation of facts and allegations involved in lawsuits and discovery. Provide technology support and assistance to attorneys and legal assistants in the practice group by coordinating these activities with the practice support department. Bachelors degree is required. Paralegal certificate from an ABA recognized program is preferred. Trial experience is needed. Patent and trademark litigation experience is required. Patent Interference (337) Litigation experience is a plus. Knowledge of processes in ITC, TTAB required. Experience using databases and spreadsheets, blue-booking and cite checking is required.
