Large, Midwest manufacturer is currently seeking an engineering change lead to join their energetic team. Duties include:
Managing project of moderate complexity.
Acting as the lead of a team of five engineers.
Keeping the engineers on schedule and removing any roadblocks that may prevent them from completing their tasks.
Working with supply management, engineers, and other teams to create unity.
